Desktop streaming lets us look at your computer with you. It's quick! Connect to a representative within seconds. It's easy! Show us the problem rather than explain it! While you watch, we'll fix it or show you what to do. It's secure! All sessions are encrypted to provide secure transactions.

- To take advantage of Desktop Streaming, simply log on with the form below. If you need help logging on, call us toll free at 1-800-631-0158.
- Enter your Name, School, and Product in the form below.
- Your representative will tell you what to select from the pull-down menu. Then, click the "Continue" button.
- After you accept a small download, you'll be on your way!
How It Works
- After you fill out the form, your representative will ask you to select an item from a pull-down menu. You click "continue" and accept a small download.
- Then, you will click a button to immediately connect with a representative.
- With your permission, the representative can view your desktop and share control of the mouse and keyboard.
- The representative can solve the problem while you watch or show you what to do, step-by-step.
- At the end of the session, you can rate your representative and provide feedback on the support experience.
How does this service work?
Once you connect to the service, you download a small application that lets one of our support representatives see what's on your computer and can share control of your mouse and keyboard to help fix your problem.
Who's in control?
Any time during a session, you can control what's happening just by moving your mouse. You are in charge at all times.
Can a representative look at files without my knowledge?
Absolutely not. Your representative sees only what you see and whatever you want him or her to see on your computer screen.
How secure is this?
All support sessions are fully encrypted using 128-bit end-to-end AES encryption.
Can the representative come back anytime and snoop on my machine?
When a session ends, your representative can't see your screen or get into your computer again... unless you make another request on our support site.
