Professional Development
Our Professional Development program is called New Beginnings because that is exactly what it is. Whether you are a new or veteran teacher, your lab from Paxton/Patterson will be a new beginning for your career. Our GOAL is for every teacher to leave Capable, Confident and with a network of Colleagues to rely upon. It takes special conditions to achieve these goals, which is precisely what our partner, Lee County Schools, provides.
In our New Beginnings you will work alongside 15 to 30 other instructors that are in exactly the same type of lab as you. You will work together every day, have some fun in the evenings and build new friendships. Our trainers and colleagues share "Best practices" to ensure that your students and lab have every advantage for success. In addition we will cover our top notch lab support including:
- Toll Free technical support including our "GoToAssist" capability which provides instantaneous problem resolution
- The essentials of ADMIN, our incredibly powerful lab management system
