Payment Questions
Q. Do you accept Discover Card?
A. No, at the current time we accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Q. May I use a school purchase order to place a website order?
A. We will accept school purchase orders on Open Account. Our terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise specified. We require a valid, school purchase order number and a verifiable school ship-to address.

Shipping Questions
Q. Can you ship Overnight or Second Day Air?
A. Yes we can, please call tool sales for shipping quotes at (800) 323-8484.
Q. How much is shipping?
A. Orders over $100 are free. Orders under $100 are a flat fee of $10 in the 48 contiguous states.

Claims and Returns
Q. May I return a product that I ordered by mistake or don't need anymore?
A. Yes, please contact tool sales for instruction (800) 323-8484. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee and freight charge.
Q. Who do you call for freight damage?
A. We have 7 days to file a freight claim for loss or damage. Call customer service immediately if any of your shipment is damaged.
